ORIGIN OF THE FIR HEALTH BUILDER:

Today there are many health and medical professionals who traditionally treat and rehabilitate sports injuries by using thermo-therapy as part of their daily regime for relief of sports injuries. WHAT IS "FAR INFRARED RAY (FIR)"?

Within the magnetic spectrum, while some rays, such as light, can be seen by the        unaided human eye, most are totally invisible to us. Far Infrared Rays are an invisible form of light (far beyond the red end of the visible spectrum), which is capable of penetrating deep into the human body, gently and delightfully elevating the body temperature. When it does so, it helps to expand capillaries which stimulate blood circulation to peripheral areas.

That's not all! FIR also relieves nervous tension and relaxes autoneuro muscles helping the body make the most of its intended healing abilities. • Duration & Frequency:
  The normal duration & frequency  for heating any single specific area of  the body is maximum 10 to 30 minutes  every time,  twice daily. Initially, you will experience just the warmth and comfort. The long-term benefits will be gained,  however, by using it on a regular basis. A very slight reddening of the skin is normal. The relief you get is much like that from a good massage.

• Distance:
